Orders

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal as well as Anora Cotton Gift cards. At this time, we can only accept one form of payment per order. If things change, we will keep you posted.

How do I use my referral code?
Thank you for spreading the snuggles! Please check out our unique Rewards Program to learn more about referring friends; using your referral codes and most importantly fun and easy ways to earn points. These points can be used for Store coupons and discounts.

What is the status of my order?
To receive real time tracking updates on your order, please set up an account on our site at checkout.

Can I modify the contents of my order?
To add more products, please place a separate order. For your own security, we do not save your credit card information on file and therefore cannot process changes on your behalf once the order is placed.
If you placed the order during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order to remove items. Please note that we cannot guarantee removal of items.
If both these options didn’t work for you, no worries! Just return the products once you receive the order.

Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes you change your mind. If you placed the order during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order to process a cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you were unable to cancel your order in time, Just return the products once you receive the order

Do you gift wrap?
Sorry. Currently we are unable to provide gift wrapping services. We are working hard on adding this as a feature. But our packaging does not include pricing information just in case you are gifting it. Follow us @anorcotton for more updates

Shipping

Where does Anora Cotton Ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and military bases/APO/DPO/FPO.  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. We are working hard on adding this as a feature. Follow us @anorcotton for more updates.

I made an error in my billing and/or shipping address. What can I do?
If you placed the order during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order to process these changes.

I am interested in an item that is backordered. When can I expect to receive it?
Please contact us and we will give you the latest update on the item you are interested in.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
All products can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unwashed, unused and are in original packaging.  Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges.  Contact us during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST for further instructions.

What is your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact us during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST for further instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 3 weeks for your refund. You will be sent an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

What if I missed the 30 day mark?
If you send your item(s) back outside the 30 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse your return

What do you do with returned merchandise?
If the products are unused, unopened and are in original packaging, we usually re-stock them into the inventory. Used or products with minor defects are donated to local charities.

Is there a warranty on your products?
We do not offer a warranty on our products as the life span of the products depends on the individual use and care practices. However, if you received a defective product, please contact us during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST and we will be happy to help you.

Where are your products made?
We work with the best artisans in India to make the most comfortable bedding with the finest cotton available. Our bedding is incredibly soft to touch, and extremely durable. The colors are so vibrant that they instantly add a twinkle to any room in your home. Our artisans work in close family structures where the art has been passed from generation to generation and there is a great pride in the work. We never try to change that. We love what they make and we make sure we bring the best to you.

Do your products wrinkle?
Since our products are made with 100% cotton, they will naturally wrinkle but they will wrinkle less with every wash and use. Please refer to our care guide on to avoid wrinkles.

Can I use multiple codes on one order?
At this time, you can only use one code per order. If anything changes, we will keep you posted.

Does Anora Cotton offer discounts or promotions?
We do monthly promotions through our social media channels where one lucky winner gets 30% off entire store.  Please note that we do not accept codes found on third-party discount sites.
